Naperville Crossing Townhomes Get Green Light From Zoning: Report

The three-bedroom townhomes would be built on land previously zoned for commercial use.

NAPERVILLE, IL — The Naperville Building and Zoning Commission has given the go-ahead for 55 townhouses to be built in Naperville Crossing. The development, if approved by City Council, will use just over five acres of land that was previously zoned for commercial use, according to Chicago Tribune.

The townhomes would be built near where 95th Street intersects with Route 59. The patch of land is not far from the AMC Theatre, Mod Pizza, and Biaggi's Restaurant.

Each three-bedroom townhome would feature an attached two-car garage and access to additional parking spaces nearby for guests.
