Naperville Housing Market Trends For April 2015

Naperville home sales for the month of April rose in volume by 43.5% when compared to last year, while the median sale price rose by 5.6% from $355,000 to $375,000.

The number of Single Family homes sales rose by 56.6%, while the median sale price rose by 1.2% from $410,000 to $415,000. Condo/townhome sales rose by 16.7%, while the median sale price rose by 10.3% from $177,700 to $196,000.
