Naperville Market Trends for December 2016

Naperville home sales for the month of December rose in volume by 29.7% when compared to last year, while the median sale price rose by 3.8% from $332,000 to $344,500. The number of Single Family homes sales rose by 30.5%, while the median sale price rose by 0.1% from $400,000 to $400,500. Condo/townhome sales rose by 28%, while the median sale price rose by 7.2% from $173,500 to $186,000.
