NAPERVILLE, IL — A "megamansion" in Naperville has sold for a whopping $4.75 million, according to Crain's Chicago. Set on three acres on Perkins Court, the mansion is the highest-selling home in the city since 2008, Crain's reports.

The luxe 17,000 square foot Tudor-inspired home features 10 bathrooms, seven fireplaces, a sun room and an eight-person home theater, according to its listing on realtor.com. The home is also outfitted with a gym, a billiards room and a bar.

The asking price for the Naperville megamansion was initially set at $8.75 million.
