Naperville Woman Shot In Aurora

Police are asking the public for information

The following was provided by the Aurora Police Department:

"We're looking for information on a shooting that occurred around 11:20 p.m. last night (March 26) in which a 20 year old Naperville woman was injured.

The victim was shot as she and another 20 year old woman from Lisle, were walking up a driveway to a home in the 900 block of Fenton. The shots were apparently fired from a dark-colored sedan, possibly a Honda Accord, with tinted windows that was occupied more than one time.

She suffered a single, non-life threatening gunshot wound. She was dropped off at an Aurora hospital by an undisclosed third party. Gang motivation as a motive has not been ruled out. There is no further suspect description.
