Warrenville Spa Owner Faces Prostitution Charge: Police

The Naperville woman was arrested Monday for prostituting at Sunlight Spa in Warrenville.

WARRENVILLE, IL — A joint police investigation with the DuPage County Sheriff's Office resulted in the arrest of Yanfang Pan, 47, at around 2:15 p.m. Monday. Pan is accused of prostituting at her business, Sunlight Spa, at 29W701 Butterfield Road, unit 101, in Warrenville.

Her last known address was in the 200 block of Fiala Woods Court in Naperville. She was charged with prostitution, a class A misdemeanor, and handed three ordnance violations: one for failing to prominently post a price list placecard, another for knowingly publishing a deceptive advertisement and public access door locked.

The maximum penalty for prostitution is 364 days in county jail and a $1,500 fine.

The City of Warrenville will hold a hearing to determine the status of Sunlight Spa's business license at a future date. It could be revoked or suspended, police said.
