94 Grainger Employees Could Lose Jobs in Niles
According to the Chicago Tribune, dozens of Grainger employees in Niles were given notice in July that they could lose their jobs.
Nearly 100 Niles employees could lose their jobs this fall, according to the Chicago Tribune.
Grainger, Inc. is expected to lay off up to 94 employees at the electrical supply unit in Niles due to relocation, the newspaper reports. The possible Grainger lay offs are among 400 potential job losses in Illinois. Other nearby companies planning to let employees go include KubeTech Custom Molding in Buffalo Grove, Allstate in Northbrook and Ball Metal Packaging in Elgin.
