Ascension Living Nursing Homes Named to Newsweek's Best

Three Ascension Living skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers have been named to Newsweek‘s Best Nursing Homes 2020 list. The first-ever list recognizes just over 400 of the best nursing homes across the 20 largest US states: California, Texas, Florida, New York, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Ohio, Georgia, North Carolina, Michigan, New Jersey, Virginia, Washington, Arizona, Massachusetts, Tennessee, Indiana, Missouri, Maryland, Wisconsin. The designations were based on analysis of over 15,000 nursing homes in the U.S.

The Ascension Living owned and operated skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers awarded the Newsweek honor, include:

• Presence Resurrection Life Center, Chicago, Illinois
• Presence Resurrection Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Park Ridge, Illinois
• Presence Villa Scalabrini Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Northlake, Illinois

Newsweek ranked the centers based on a reputation score derived from a survey given to industry experts and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) performance measures: health inspections, staffing and quality.
