Niles-Morton Grove Patch readers praised the high-quality Asian fusion comfort food on offer inside a Morton Grove bowling alley.

NILES-MORTON GROVE, IL — Last week, we asked readers of Niles-Morton Grove Patch to share their recommendations for the best burgers in town.
The results are in, and one spot emerged as the clear favorite with 25 percent of the vote in our unscientific survey of dozens of residents.
Boba Burger, located inside Classic Bowl at 8530 Waukegan Road in Morton Grove, was the top pick of Niles-Morton Grove Patch readers.

Boba Burger offers burgers ground in house with options including the Seoul Burger with kimchi, the Hawaiian with spam and the favorite of Niles-Morton Grove Patch readers, the BBQ Lechon burger.
Readers praised its "Freshly ground high quality meat, great toppings, friendly service," and "Great unique flavors, awesome taste and texture, and varied accompaniments."

Chef Loc Tran, who spent a decade working at Dave's Italian Kitchen in Evanston, and his brother, Anthony Kim Tran, opened Boba Burger in the bowling alley in March 2015, according to a Chicago Tribune review the following year.
"We are two brothers looking to not only share with you the food we love, but also the warmth and kindness that surrounds us every day," they said on their website. "We start the day early to prep almost everything in house and with the help of our friends and family, we get to prepare and serve our customers around the clock. "
