Want to Grow More Small Businesses in Your Community?
Want to See Bikes Become Economically Sustainable?
Want to Have More Bike Paths for Health and Hobby?
Want to Better Your Neighborhood?

Then the Bikes, Business and Building Community Initiative is for you.

The purpose of this new citizen-led initiative is to connect North Branch Trail users to cultural, shopping and dining experiences by welcoming the thousands of new and existing cyclists (when it fully opens) using the expanded North Branch Bike Trail to create economic development for all communities along the North Branch Trail.

The expanded North Branch Bike Trail connects North Mayfair on the East (Foster and Pulaski) to Edgebrook in the middle (Devon and Central), via Mayfair, Forest Glen and Indian Woods, and going into Glenview through Niles and Morton Grove on the West. Phase I is now open (Edgebrook to Forest Glen) and Phase II will be completed (Forest Glen to North Mayfair) by Spring 2017.

Is Bikes, Business and Building Community for you? We seek...
Citizens who want to step up to lead
Folks passionate about growing our neighborhood business climate
Cyclists who want to enjoy more than the experience of just biking, and
Local civic organizations representing the communities along and near the Bike Path such as North Mayfair, Mayfair, Albany Park, Forest Glen, Indian Woods, Edgebrook, North Edgebrook, Wildwood, Sauganash, Morton Grove, Glenview, Lincolnwood and Niles.

We'll build community. We'll solve this economic challenge. We'll live better together. Join us. You are all welcome.
