Flag at Half-Staff: Honoring the Fallen

Greetings Neighbors,

It is yet again in mourning that this half-staffing of the US flag is made. Note that our US flag is already at half-staff through the end of December due to the death of President Bush. Simultaneously, flags are to be placed at half-staff for:

United States Marine Corps
Corporal Daniel Baker

If you cannot place your flag at half-staff because it is on a fixed post, you can use a black ribbon as in the picture below.
