Flags are requested to be placed at half-staff from sunrise on Friday, January 17 through sunset on Sunday, January 19 as a time of mourning and remembrance for US Army Private First Class Miguel A. Villalon of Aurora. More about PFC Villalon in the article link below.

If you cannot place your flag at half-staff, you can attach a black ribbon along the diagonal length of the flag as displayed in the attached picture.
