Golf District 67 To Hold Community Forum Tuesday Evening

Golf School District 67, a two-school district which educates students from parts of Niles and Morton Grove, will hold a community forum at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 19 for parents and community members.

The district has been through a lot of changes and the meeting will provide parents and community members a chance to catch up. It has a new superintendent, Dr. Beth Sagett-Flores, and its two buildings underwent some construction and renovation this year after a referendum passed last year.

Sagett-Flores will talk about the Common Core standards, the district's educational programs, student demographics and academic achievements, according to the Morton Grove Champion.
