How You Can Support Our Young Local Veterans on November 11

veterans day chicago veterans donation online pow mia

Greetings My Neighbors!

Veterans' Day 2017 is almost upon us. I hope to see many of you at the ECA 5th Annual Veterans Day Flag Ceremony on Saturday, Nov 11 at 4 PM. This is a very special year because for the first time ever we will raise the POW/MIA flag over Edgebrook and it will remain that way from here on out. It lasts 30 minutes. A very good use of your time. All are welcome. It does not matter where you live. If you have no Veterans Day ceremony to go to, this is the one for you.

And before or after the Veterans Day Flag Ceremony everybody can also support our newest, local veterans - women and men who have served our nation, some of whom are still serving in the National Guard and Reserves. You can make an online donation to Chicago Veterans (Milwaukee & Montrose) at https://chicagovets.org.
