Listed at $980,000 by Koenig & Strey, the six-bed, three-bath home was built in 1910 and is located in the city's Lakeshore Historic District. Architectural details include crown molding, leaded glass windows and picture windows facing the lake.
Bonnie Wilson, who also happens to be the Evanston Township Assessor, is the listing agent for the property, which went on the market Oct 5.
