New Cooking School, Restaurant Opens in Glenview
Via Classico Cooking School and Restaurant opened up in the former Viking Cooking School location.
When Viking Cooking School closed, Renato Presta said he was sad to see it go. Now Presta, along with his brother Dominic and cousin Michael Mazzone have opened a new cooking school and restaurant in the same spot at 1140 N. Milwaukee Ave., Glenview, and named it Via Classico Cooking School and Restaurant, Chicago Tribune reported.
The restaurant serves Italian-American food, while the cooking school offers the same curriculum as the Viking Cooking School but also offers mixology class and another inspired by the popular TV show Downton Abbey, Chicago Tribune reported.
