Niles Home Prices Rise 25% Over One Year Ago
Both the volume of sales and the prices rose from September 2012 to September 2013
According to real estate market data provided by the Mainstreet Organization of Realtors, home sales in Niles increased in both frequency and price from September 2012 to September 2013.
In September 2012, 16 detached single-family homes sold, while this year, 24 homes sold in September, making for a 50 percent increase in volume of sales.

The average sale price increased from $221,775 last September to $279,841 this September, signifying a 26.2 percent increase.
The median sale price increased from 212,750 last September to $265,000 this September, indicating a 24.6 percent increase.
