Niles-Maine Library Announces Reopening Plans
The Niles-Maine District Library is reopening to the public for limited services starting Wednesday, January 27, 2021.

The Library will be open for browsing and computer access Monday-Friday, 10 a.m.-12 p.m., 2-4 p.m., and 4:30-6:30 p.m. Saturday hours are 9:30 a.m.-12 p.m. and 1-4:30 p.m. Patrons will be allowed to browse the collection and check out materials as well as access a computer for up to 45 minutes per day.
Everyone entering the building must wear a face covering, wash and/or sanitize their hands, and practice social distancing. Children ages 13 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Food and drinks will not be allowed in the building.
“We will be very glad to see our patrons again in person,” said Executive Director, Susan Dove Lempke, “but it still needs to be for quick trips for now.”
