Niles Offers Warming Centers During Extreme Cold

Extremely cold temperatures are expected in the upcoming days. The Niles Senior Center, 999 Civic Center Drive, is designated as the Village’s warming center during regular business hours Monday – Friday from 8:30am – 5:00 pm.

The Niles Family Fitness Center can also be utilized as a warming center for weekend and evening hours:

Niles Family Fitness Center - 987 Civic Center Drive

• Monday-Thursday 5:30 am - 9:00 pm - Friday 5:30 am - 8:00 pm
• Saturday-Sunday 7:00 am - 3:00 pm

Niles Family Services Department can provide food, personal hygiene supplies and clothing. After hours residents can contact (847) 588-8460 and ask to speak with a Crisis Worker for additional support.
