Niles Wants You To Design Its Bus Stops
The village is calling for artists to design 18 new bus stop panel designs.

NILES, IL — The Village of Niles Public Arts and Culture Council has asked anyone interested submit new designs for bus stop benches around town. The Art Stop 2018 program aims to showcase local artistic talent and offer free public art around town at Niles' 18 bus stops.
The submission deadline is April 30, and artists may submit more than one design. They can be painted, printed or designed in any way, as long as it still functions as a safe bench for seating.
No overtly political, religious, violent or sexual art will be considered. No corporate logos or trademarks may be used without expressed written permission of both the village and the owner of the intellectual property, and the village owns the copyright to all submitted artwork.
