Niles Woman Struck, Killed By Car in Unincorporated Glenview
A 65-year-old Niles woman was struck and killed by a car in the 300 block of Greenwood Avenue.
Janina Kasternek, 65, of the 8500 block of North Milwaukee Avenue in Niles, was struck and killed by a car while she was walking in unincorporated Glenview Friday morning, according to the Chicago Tribune.
The driver was an 18-year-old Des Plaines man whose vehicle struck Kasternek in the 300 block of Greenwood Avenue, the Tribune reports.
