Notre Dame College Prep Announces New Board Member

NILES-MORTON GROVE, IL - From Notre Dame College Prep: Notre Dame College Prep, a private secondary school sponsored by the Brothers of Holy Cross and committed to educating young men to be gentlemen of faith, scholarship and service, is pleased to announce the election of JUDITH M. MATTHEWS, MBA, CPA, to the school’s Board of Directors.

Ms. Matthews has served as the Chief Financial Officer of Iterum Therapeutics PLC (ITRM) since the company’s founding in late 2015. Prior to this position, from 2012 to 2015, Ms. Matthews served as VP of Finance at Durata Therapeutics, Inc. until its acquisition by Actavis plc. In addition, she has held executive financial leadership positions with Bally Total Fitness and the Sterno Group, a subsidiary of Blyth, Inc. Ms. Matthews holds a BA in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Master of Management in Finance and Marketing from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

“I have a strong personal belief in the benefits of a Holy Cross education for young men and, prior to learning about the Board opportunity, was proud to choose Notre Dame College Prep for my own son’s education,” said Ms. Matthews. “I look forward to collaborating with the administration and current Board members to continue the success and growth of this important institution.”
