Notre Dame, Regina Hold Entrance Exams Saturday
Getting your kids into a good high school can start this Saturday; also, can you paint? Can you drink while you're painting? Then there's a BYOB art party for you.
- Is your eighth grade girl ready to take on Regina Dominican High School? Entrance exams for the Catholic girls' school in Wilmette are this Saturday. Remember to eat breakfast to rock the test. Besides, who can forget to eat?
- Notre Dame College Prep is also having its entrance exams Saturday--and they start early in the a.m. It's a Catholic high school for boys.
- Personally, I think letting me near paint and canvas would be dangerous even if wine were not involved. But if you can handle it, the Art Station Studio in Niles is having a BYOB Painting Party Friday evening. They provide all the materials; $35.
- Meet four-time Olympic gold swim medalist Lenny Krayzelburg at 10:30 a.m. Sunday as he launches his Lenny Krayzenburg Swim Academy at Mayer Kaplan JCC in Skokie. Event is free; you can also register to have your child receive a free swim evaluation.
