Presidential Proclamation - Flags at Half-Staff for September 11

In accordance with Public Law 107-89, the President of the United States has issued a proclamation (per the requirements of Flag Code section 7(m)) for the United States Flag to be displayed at half-staff from sunrise to sunset on Patriot Day, Monday, September 11.

Attaching a black ribbon to the top of a U.S. flag is an acceptable alternative for flags that cannot be lowered to half-staff. See attached picture.
