St. John Brebeuf SummerFest and Carnival June 28 to July 1

Fun for all ages is planned at the St. John Brebeuf SummerFest and Carnival which is planned for June 28 through July 1 on the church grounds.

Rides will be part of the festivities at St. John Brebeuf’s SummerFest and Carnival which also includes entertainment, food, beverages, games and a pancake breakfast.

St. John Brebeuf will kick off the summer with its annual SummerFest and Carnival scheduled for June 28, 29, 30 and July 1. All ages are invited to enjoy the four-day event which will include entertainment, food, beverages, games and rides including a pancake breakfast hosted by the St. John Brebeuf Men’s Club Sunday, July 1, from 9 a.m. to noon.

The SummerFest and Carnival schedule will begin Thursday, June 28, from 6 to 10 p.m. with opening prayer at 7 p.m. Entertainment from 7 to 10 p.m. with be provided by DJ “CRYIEL.” Unlimited ride wristbands good from 6 to 10 p.m. are available at $25 per person or $20 per person pre-sale.

The schedule for Friday, June 29, from 6 to 11 p.m. includes entertainment by “LIBIDO FUNK CIRCUS” from 7 to 10 p.m. Unlimited ride wristbands good from 6 to 11 p.m. are available at $30 per person or $20 per person pre-sale.

The schedule for Saturday, June 30, from 1 to 11 p.m. includes entertainment by “DJ JULES” from 2:30 to 5 p.m. and the “BLOOZE BROTHERS” from 7 to 10 p.m.
Unlimited ride wristbands good from 1 to 5 p.m. are available at $25 per person or $20 per person pre-sale and from 6 to 11 p.m. at $30 per person or $20 per person pre-sale.

The schedule for Sunday, July 1, begins with the pancake breakfast from 9 a.m. to noon that includes all you can eat pancakes, sausage links, orange juice and coffee at $6 per person pre-sale or $8 at the door. Carnival hours are 1 to 10 p.m. with DJ music entertainment by “DJ JULES” from 1 to 4 p.m., bingo from 4 to 6 p.m. and “The Tony Ocean Show” with special guest Vito Zatto from 6 to 9 p.m. A super raffle drawing and closing prayer will be held at 9 p.m. Unlimited ride wristbands good from 1 to 5 p.m. are available at $25 per person or $20 per person pre-sale.

Limited chairs are available for entertainment. Those who attend entertainment may bring their own chairs. Food service will be provided by Lone Tree Manor under the big tent. All pre-sale purchases for wristbands and the pancake breakfast are on sale now at the Parish Office located at 8305 N. Harlem, Niles. A pre-sale “MEGA PASS” good for all hours on all days at $55 per person is available. Final date to purchase all pre-sale tickets is June 27. For more information, all 847-966-8145.
