An arrest is merely an accusation, not evidence of a conviction.

Three male teenagers, a 17-year-old and two 16-year-olds from Skokie, were ticketed for petite theft Nov. 9 just after 2 p.m. at a Golf Mill Shopping Center store.
A security agent for the store told police he saw all three suspects enter one dressing room with five sweaters and two pairs of jeans. One offender had $150 in clothing; the second offender, $100 worth of clothing; the third, $50 worth.
