Two Vehicle Crash Outside Chasers Bar
Two vehicle crash outside Chasers bar & grill, at the intersection of Milwaukee & Ballard.
At approximately 11:30pm Saturday, May 11, 2019 a Chevrolet Cruise existed the parking lot of Chasers bar & grill, located at the corner of Milwaukee & Ballard in Niles, IL and T-boned a late model Cadillac sedan that was traveling north bound on Milwaukee.
The impact of the crash sent the Cadillac across two lanes of traffic where it wound up facing northbound in the southbound lanes of Milwaukee Avenue.
The impact was loud and many patrons and employees of Chasers heard the crash and came outside to investigate.

The Cruise had a single male occupant, the driver. The Cadillac had the driver and three young children, including one in a baby carrying seat.
Both vehicles appeared to be totaled, with the Cadillac sustaining massive damage to it's passenger side and front end, the Cruise to it's front end and drivers side.

Niles emergency crew including Niles police and fire were on the scene within minutes and the children from the Cadillac were taken to the ambulance and transported to Lutheran General hospital in Park Ridge for observation.
The driver of the Cruise remained at the scene and in his vehicle for quite some time after the accident, no word on if he was tested for imparement, and no word on the condition of the driver of the Cadillac.
