Village of Niles is upgrading traffic street lighting to LEDs

The Village of Niles is upgrading their traffic street lighting to LEDs with the newer LED light fixtures in place along side the older style lights.

Most likely the move will reduce energy consumption, as well as look nicer and possibly provide brighter lighting along with less maintenance over time.

A call to the Village in requesting information the project and it's completion date is forthcoming for this article.
