Boston Marathon 2018: Northbrook Runners Results

Three Northbrook residents braved brutal conditions to complete Monday's wet and windy Boston Marathon. The fastest local finisher was 61-year-old Kwanglim Rah, who finished in 341st out of more than 1,000 runners in the men's 60-65 age division and 15,663 overall out of nearly 26,000 runners who completed the race, according to unofficial results. Not all who registered managed to complete the grueling slog of the 122nd running of the Boston Marathon, and a big congratulations is in order to all who crossed the finish line:

• Kwanglim Rah, 61 — 3:59:08 (341st in age division)
• Todd Kestin, 40 — 5:01:27
• Wendy Serra, 43 — 5:03:28
