Construction Firm Selected for Expansion at The Lodge

McShane Construction Company has been selected to complete the third phase of development at The Lodge of Northbrook, the Rosemont company’s president announced Wednesday in a post on the Chicago Tribune’s ‘From the Community’ section.

McShane previously completed both Phase I and Phase II, units of 58 and 20 respectively, at The Lodge, a luxury, active senior living community at 2220 Founders Drive in Northbrook. The firm was selected by developer Essex Communities.

Phase III of the project will include a 37,880 square foot expansion and incorporate “18 additional fully-featured one- and two-bedroom units and two-bedroom with den configurations into the residential complex.”
