Cops Make Carjacking Arrest After Drug Deal Goes Wrong
The following reports were provided by the Northbrook Police Department. Arrests and charges are accusations and do not indicate guilt.

Carjacking
On Sept. 23, officers charged Marsean A. Hood, 19, of Evanston, with robbery and unlawful possession of a stolen vehicle, according to police. Officers arrested Hood after a source confessed to police he agreed to help Hood with a drug deal, police say. When the source changed his mind, Hood attacked him with brass knuckles, then ran and drove off with the source's car, police say. The car was recovered by Evanston officers, according to police.
Drug Possession
On Sept. 27, officers arrested Antoine L. Brown, 17, of Deerfield, and charged him with felony possession of a controlled substance, according to police. Officers found Brown when a caller reported following his stolen vehicle westbound on Dundee Road near Pfingsten Road, according to police. Officers found three occupants in the car, including a juvenile in possession of brass knuckles, who was charged and released to his parents, police say.
Officers also located a syringe and drug paraphernalia in the
center console of the auto after conducting a K-9 search of the car, according to police. Brown was then found to be in possession of morphine pills, police say.
Harassment by Telephone
On Sept. 26, on the 1400 block of Shermer Road, officers arrested Glenn G. Davis, 58, of Northbrook, and charged him with harassment by telephone and electronic means, after he continued to email a woman after officers told him to stop contacting her, according to police.
