Coronavirus Vaccine Event Sign-Up Begins Tuesday In Northbrook
The clinic for Northbrook residents 65+ and Phase 1B+ is slated for two Pfizer doses on April 1 and April 22.
NORTHBROOK, IL — The Village of Northbrook is holding a free COVID-19 vaccination clinic for Northbrook residents age 65 and up and Northbrook residents in Phase 1b+. The clinic is taking place by appointment only on Thursday, April 1 (Pfizer first dose) and Thursday, April 22 (Pfizer second dose) at 1657 Shermer Road (formerly Grainger). Residents signing up to be vaccinated must be available on both April 1 and April 22.
This clinic is being provided by the Village of Northbrook and Jewel Osco.
A call center opens from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Tuesday and operates until all appointments are filled. Residents may call 847-461-8130 to make an appointment. An email address will be needed to register for an appointment. Residents will receive a confirmation email with a consent form that they must fill out and bring to the appointment.

There are approximately 1,200 vaccine doses available, according to a news release from the Village of Northbrook, and appointments will be made on a first-come, first-served basis. Appointments are available from 11 a.m.-5 p.m. Residents must have an appointment to enter the clinic and must bring a valid state ID with a Northbrook address, the consent form, and an insurance card.

Residents may call 847-461-8130 on Tuesday, March 30, from 10am to 4pm (or until all appointments are filled). An email address will be needed to register for an appointment. You will receive a confirmation email with a consent form that you must fill out and bring to the appointment. There is no online registration option for this clinic. When all appointments are filled, callers will hear an automated message stating such.
3. What do I need for my appointment?
Bring an insurance card (if you have one), the consent form you received via email, and a valid state ID with a Northbrook address. You must be able to provide your own transportation to and from the clinic.
