Former Bull Andres Nocioni Sells Home in Northbrook

3-bedroom townhouse in Royal Ridge development fetched half-a-million.

Former Chicago Bulls forward Andres Nocioni is the final player of the mid-2000s era team to sell a house in Northbrook’s Royal Ridge development.

The former player, who played in Chicago from 2004 to 2009, sold the three-bedroom town house recently for $500,000. He had it listed last year for $550,000.

According to the Northbrook Star, Nocioni paid $650,000 in 2004 for the 2,600-square-foot, 3.5-bath home with a soaring ceiling and granite countertops.

Other former Bulls who lived in the Royal Ridge development include Ben Gordon, Luol Deng and Thabo Sefalosha. The gated community’s location was convenient for players when the Bulls practiced at the Berto Center in nearby Deerfield. Last year, the Bulls moved their practice facility closer to the United Center.

Nocioni, who was traded from the Bulls to the Sacramento Kings in 2009, now plays basketball in Madrid.
