Hanetho Named IPRA Board Chairman

Northbrook Park District Executive Director Rick Hanetho was named the Illinois Park & Recreation Association’s chairman of the board at the association’s annual conference last week in Chicago.

“I look forward to working with IPRA’s new chair, Rick Hanetho in partnership during 2015,” said Debbie Trueblood, IPRA executive director. “Rick has a passion for parks and recreation. His vision for this year includes streamlining IPRA’s structure, creating efficiencies and continuing to build on IPRA’s success.”

Hanetho has been chief of the Northbrook Parks since 2008.
