House 406 Makes Chicago Mag's Sept 'Hot List'

Northbrook’s new House 406 is hot. So hot that Chicago Magazine named it to its September “Hot List.”

The restaurant, at 1143 ½ Church St., is one of two suburban spots on the Top 10 list. Evanston’s Boltwood also made the cut.

Here’s what the magazine says about the restaurant:

“House 406 It’s downtown date night in Northbrook: steak heavy, farm to table, and vegetarian and gluten-free friendly.”
