Multi-Car Crash Slows Morning Commute Tuesday Near Northbrook
The Tuesday morning crash at the Sanders overpass on I-294 blocked four lanes of traffic for around 30 minutes.
NORTHBROOK, IL — A Tuesday morning multi-car accident backed up traffic near Lake-Cook Road in Northbrook. The accident, which happened at around 7 a.m., blocked four out of five lanes of traffic in the northbound lane of Interstate 294 for around 30 minutes.
WBBM Newsradio reported first-responders were working on the "multi-vehicle pin in crash" at the Sanders road overpass.
