Northbrook Election: Thank You Letter From Winning Candidates

NORTHBROOK, IL — Preliminary results are in from Tuesday's consolidated municipal election and the caucus slate has claimed victory. The newly elected and reelected members of the village board submitted the following letter Wednesday:

To our friends and neighbors in Northbrook, we humbly thank you.

We thank you for sharing, we thank you for listening, we thank you for taking the time to cast your votes for us.

To those of you who chose to stay at home or whose votes we haven't yet earned, please be assured that we will spend these next four years continuing the tradition of leadership of those who came before us, and preserve the high standards we all hold for our community in the coming years. We will continue to listen and work to make Northbrook the best it can be.

Once again, we sincerely thank you all for participating. Let us all come together to do good work for our community, as it is with many diverse voices we achieve the best and most dynamic results.
