Northbrook House Avoids Demolition Again
Prospective buyer has one week to come up with rehabilitation plan.
A Cook County judge granted an emergency order to give the prospective buyer of a Northbrook house time to buy the structure at 4050 Pamella Lane and get it up to code, the Northbrook Star reports.
Construction stopped about seven years ago on the 1957-built structure that was previously slated for demolition.
Prospective buyer Spiro Arsenis has until December 29 to come up with a plan to rehab the structure.
