Northbrook home sales for the month of October decreased in volume by 21.3% when compared to last year, while the median sale price decreased by 6% from $460,000 to $432,500. The number of Single Family homes sales decreased by 12.1%, while the median sale price decreased by 10.1% from $555,000 to $499,000. Condo/townhome sales decreased by 32.1%, while the median sale price decreased by 4.8% from $301,250 to $286,725.
