For 65 years, the Northbrook Caucus, comprised of hundreds of your friends and neighbors, has successfully interviewed, vetted and endorsed the most qualified candidates for Village offices.
This year, the Caucus Leadership Committee faced the unique challenge of conducting the process amidst a global pandemic. The volunteer group began meeting weekly over the summer, and decided, in order, to keep everyone safe, all business would happen virtually. Subcommittees for the various boards met virtually in late October to interview candidates, and the Committee of the Whole met virtually on Sunday, November 8th for a four-hour meeting to vote on the recommended candidates for the Town Hall.

Caucus Chairman Mark Cohen will host the Town Hall meeting. "I'm looking forward to introducing the entire community to the hard work of this committee and the highly qualified candidates. This whole experience has been a real testament to the incredible dedication of everyone in Northbrook," he said.
