Northbrook’s Dailey Method Slated to Open in July 31

The second Dailey Method location on the North Shore is scheduled to open July 31 in Northbrook at 949 Willow Rd., according to a press release.

The new  2,800 square-foot Northbrook location will be the first in the country to offer Dailey Cycle, a group cycling class featuring stretching and core work.

THe fitness center, which offers classes combining athletic ballet barre work with core conditioning, stretching and orthopedic exercises, opened its first North Shore location in August 2011 in Kenilworth.
