NorthShore 770 to Officially Open in January

NORTHBROOK, IL - NorthShore 770, an ultra-luxury, 347-unit apartment building will officially open on January 15, 2016 at 770 Skokie Blvd. 

Developers Morningside Group and Crossroads Development Partners worked on the project, which features 32 different floor plans and amenities such as a 24-hour doorman, putting green, fitness center, yoga studio and outdoor grilling area and swimming pool.

New retail space, also developed by Morningside and Crossroads, has also recently enhanced the area, with 12 new businesses including five restaurants and a Mariano’s.

Residences include nine-foot ceilings, gourmet kitchens with eat-in peninsulas, engineered wood floors and designer bath fixtures, including rain shower heads. All homes have private outdoor terraces or balconies and in-unit washers and dryers.
