Pine Tree Realty Adds Shopping Center in Minnesota
Large center in suburban Minneapolis acquired in partnership with Boston company.

A Northbrook-based real estate company has acquired a shopping center in suburban Minneapolis.
Pine Tree Commercial Realty, LLC recently announced they have added the Village of Blaine shopping center in partnership with The Davis Companies, a Boston-based company.
The 200,000+ square-foot shopping center in the affluent suburb of Blaine includes a Cub Foods store and is the 74th property acquired by Pine Tree.

Along with eight other properties located across six states, the recent Village of Blaine acquisition brings total Pine Tree-affiliated partnership investments over the past 16 months to $245 million.
