Pre-Leasing For NorthShore 770 Begins Saturday

Pre-leasing of the luxury rental residences at NorthShore 770, a 347-unit luxury apartment community and 101,435-square-foot retail center featuring a Mariano’s grocery store at 770 Skokie Blvd. in Northbrook will begin on Saturday, August 1, co-developers Morningside Group and Crossroads Development Partners announced this week.

One-bedroom, one-bedroom plus study, two-bedroom and two-bedroom plus study units will be available with more than 30 different floor plans. Residences include nine-foot ceilings, gourmet kitchens with eat-in peninsulas, engineered wood floors and designer bath fixtures, including rain shower heads. All homes have private outdoor terraces or balconies and in-unit washers and dryers.

“Since breaking ground last summer, there has been a huge amount of interest surrounding this development as there is nothing else like it on the North Shore,” said David Strosberg, president and managing principal of Chicago-based Morningside Group. “It’s the first in this area to combine luxury apartments complete with a doorman, upscale amenities and major retail. NorthShore 770 is a true lifestyle center and will offer best-in-class living for its residents.”

Both indoor and outdoor amenities will be plentiful for residences. They will include a business center and conference room, Pilates and yoga studio space, pool tables, a private dining room, heated outdoor pool and 10 stainless steel barbecue stations among others.
