Recently Sold Homes In Northbrook From $300,000 To $1.3 Million

NORTHBROOK, IL — So far this month, sales have closed on 10 single-family homes in Northbrook. Those homes have ranged from $300,000 to $1.325 million. Overall in Northbrook, the median listing price and median sales price for homes in the village increased last month to put them more than $100,000 – about a quarter – higher than they were this time last year.
Despite rising mortgage rates, it remains a buyer's market, with homes staying on the market an average of more than 70 days. Homes are closing for about 16 percent below the listing prices. There have also been eight sales of condos or attached townhomes and one deal for 0.48-acre piece of vacant land that have closed in October.
