Second Child Luring Report In Glenview

Glenview police have released details of a Wednesday incident involving a 15-year-old girl and the unknown driver of a black SUV.

On Wednesday at 6:30 p.m., a 15-year-old girl reported the driver of a newer model, black, small, four door, SUV, began asking questions and offered her a ride home from Jackman Park, 1930 Prairie St., according to police.

The girl ignored his questions, ran away and hid until the vehicle left.  She told officers the driver and vehicle matched the description of last week's attempted child luring report, except this week the man was clean shaven and had shorter hair, according to police.

The man is described to be in his early 20s, possibly Middle Eastern or Indian,
muscular build, around 180 pounds with black, medium length hair.

Glenview Police Detectives continue investigating the incident and seek the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect.  If you see a vehicle and driver matching this description, please call 911.
