Shopper Returns To Car With Man Inside; Flat Tires: Blotter
A shopper at Nieman Marcus returned to their car to find a man in driver's seat; flat tires discovered at biz: Northbrook Police Blotter.

NORTHBROOK, IL — The following information comes from the Northbrook Police Department and court records as a record of incidents reported to police and those arrested on criminal charges, which represent accusations by the state that are often dropped or reduced. Updated information may be available from the Cook County Clerk of the Circuit Court. Everyone arrested is presumed to be innocent unless found guilty in court beyond a reasonable doubt.
ARRESTS
REVOKED/SUSPENDED DRIVER'S LICENSE
- Michael T. Casserly, 39, of the 800 block of Fair Lane, Northbrook, is accused of improper lane usage, revoked driver's license, and was arrested at 1:40 p.m. April 25 in the 2400 block of Dundee Road. He was released after posting $2,500 bond and assigned a court date of May 27.
- Abraham Mohammed Rizvi, 23, of the 4900 block of W Strong Street, Chicago, is accused of driving while license suspended, one headlight, and was arrested at 11:09 p.m. April 25 at Dundee and Waukegan. He was released after posting $2,500 bond and assigned a court date of May 27.

INCIDENTS
TRESPASS TO VEHICLE
A shopper at Nieman Marcus, 1500 block of Lake Cook Road, reported at 4:36 p.m. April 22 that when they returned to their vehicle after shopping, they observed a man sitting in the driver’s seat of the vehicle. The man exited the complainant’s vehicle, entered another vehicle, then left the area. Nothing was reported missing from the complainant’s vehicle.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO VEHICLE
An employee at Brite Lites, 3500 block of Commercial Avenue, called police at 11:10 a.m. April 23 to report when they arrived for work they observed that someone had flattened tires on several vehicles.
CRIMINAL DAMAGE
A person reported at 12:01 a.m. April 25 that someone was seen causing damage at a property under construction in the 2600 block of Crabtree Lane. Officers responded to the area but were unable to locate any subjects at the location.
THEFT OF LOST/MISLAID PROPERTY
A shopper at Lowes, 1000 block of Willow Road, called police at 4:16 p.m. April 25 to report that while shopping at the location they lost their cellular phone.
BURGLARY TO AUTOMOBILE
A person reported on April 27 that someone entered their unlocked parked vehicle in the 800 block of Hawthorne Lane and took a black leather wallet that contained money, credit cards and identification cards.
SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCE
An employee of Wax On Wax Off, 1800 block of Techny Road, reported at 12:30 p.m. April 29 when they arrived for work they observed that support wires for a garage door had either broken or been cut by someone. The complainant said that the wires were not in that condition when they left work the prior day.
RETAIL THEFT
An employee of Louis Vuitton, 1500 block of Lake Cook Road, reported at 2:28 p.m. April 29 that while conducting a product inventory, numerous items were found missing. A check of security video located a man and two women, in their 20s, removing various items from display areas then leaving the store without paying for the items.
