Bourbon And Barbecue Fest Looking For Volunteers
The popular festival in Roscoe Village needs a few extra helping hands, organizers said.

CHICAGO, IL — Roscoe Village's Bourbon and Barbecue Festival is seeking volunteers to help work at the gates for the event. The festival will be held Sept. 8 and 9 at 2000 W Belmont Ave (at Damen).
The festival will offer visitors whiskey tastings, food from nationally-touring barbecue vendors and a stage with ten scheduled performances by local bands.
Volunteers are needed for the following four-hour shifts on both Saturday and Sunday:

- 11:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m.
- 3 p.m.- 7 p.m.
- 6:30 p.m.-10 p.m.
