Boys And Girls Club Opens In West Lake View
The new North Side club includes a full-size basketball court and technology center.

CHICAGO — A new Boys & Girls Club opened Tuesday in west Lake View. The new club at 2915 N. Leavitt Street has been named after Linda and Bill Gantz, who have helped to fund and support the organization for over three decades.
The Linda & Bill Gantz Club features a full-size basketball court, a gym, a technology center and a teen room. The club will offer sports, activities, health programs and career planning assistance.
The organization declined release the amount of the Gantz' donation; however Crain's reported the couple gave $2.5 million to the Boys & Girls Club in 2014.
