Ribfest Menus Unveiled: 13 Bone-in Barbecue Options
From classic ribs to bacon popcorn and frozen lemonade, start preparing for the 15th annual Ribfest celebration.
Rib masters from Chicago and around the country are gearing up for Ribfest on Lincoln Avenue.
After leaks of dates and the Northcenter Chamber of Commerce finally announced the most important part of the festival: the menus.
Thirteen different rib samplers will tempt meat-lovers June 7, 8 and 9. There's Joey Sutphen's Texas Thunder classic BBQ with honey and brown sugar ribs and more locally, the wood-burning smoke house of Wrigley BBQ, made with 15 spices and herbs.
